RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Shipping Policy
- We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.
- Customer Service will contact you with any discrepancies.
- Please note, once order tracking has been generated you are responsible for any fees that may incur relating to address corrections, order cancellations, or return shipping fees.
Warranty Policy

- Hofmann Designs warrants that its products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any product should become defective within the warranty period, Hofmann Designs, will replace or repair. Repair or replacement parts or products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will either be new or reconditioned (based on the part and issue at hand).
- This limited warranty does not extend to any product which has been damaged as a result of an accident, improper care, or misuse.
- You must contact us by phone or email and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number should be easily visible on the outside of the returned package.
Return Policy
- You have 21 days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a full refund on your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping of the returned item is the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a manufacturing defect (which will fall under the warranty policy).
- Once we have received your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days to see the refund.
- All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the item is used, damaged, or not in the original packaging. These items should be in their original packaging and in new, uninstalled condition. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email number before returning your items.
- Returns will not be accepted on items that are opened or used or more than 21 days after delivery.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued first before anything gets shipped back to Hofmann Designs. Failure to do so will result in extended lead times or lost items that will be the responsibility of the shipper.
- Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipment Damages
- If you receive your items and suspect a problem or damage, please notify Hofmann Designs immediately. We require that all concealed damages must be reported within 72 hours from the date it was delivered.
- We will require pictures of the box as well as pictures of the damage on the parts to make the proper claims with our shipping company.
- Once we receive your report a team member will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a Call Tag via email. Once the customer receives the call tag, you will need to box the item back up and drop it at your closest UPS.
